Very new here, but family has 250+ acres of commercial property at an interstate intersection.  What is the best way to market to potential buyers? Would enlisting the services of a national company like JLL be needed?

I believe e-commerce warehousing/shipping will be huge in the next ten years, but don’t know the best way to find potential buyers.
