this is my first deal ever my name is Garrett.C I am from California and have a property at 3213 Virginia Park Street in Detroit (just got it under contract today) that I am trying to get rid of for maybe $42-43k it is the neighbor of where Rosa Parks used to stay and comes with a new waterheater and matching flooring. - looking for an investor / team in Michigan or who can help JV (50/50) this deal and double close it due to rules. - contract ready.
