@Paul Timmins Thank you glad to a member and I hope to get a lot more knowledge out of this site. 

I have been looking all around Hamilton co., but my focus is mostly from North Chatt up to the Soddy Daisy/Bakewell area. I've also been looking around the Harrison end of Hwy 58.

I am young and ambitious to get into RE investing. I'm currently trying to buy my first house to fix and flip. I work construction/remodeling and have seen/worked on many fix and flips. I have done countless hours of research and studying, as well as attended many seminars. I'm just looking for all the help and knowledge I can get. My goal is to be able to be successful in my future investment endeavors.
