hello all,

I am very Interested in learning how to acquire wholesale deals that leave enough equity in the property after rehab to turn a profit. Anyone out there that can connect me to wholesalers or give me advice in this arena?

Thanks

My name is Garett Bracken. My wife and I are relatively new to the real  estate business, and we started by buying our first rental property in 2012. We currently live in Kirkland, WA and we love the PACNW. Currently I am a pharmaceutical saleman, and given the shaky industry this is turning out to be, I am very interested in pursuing this real estate business full time. My dream would be to replace my income in the next three years, but I first need to learn as much as I can. I look forward to networking with as many people as I can to learn all the ins an outs of this business. I am extremely interested in the flipping side of real estate and that is why I have joined bigger pockets. If anyone has any experience in this I would love an oppurtnity to pick thier brain.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I look forward to your comments, and connections.

All the best

Garett
