I hope you’re all doing well. I’m currently navigating the world of real estate investment here in the U.S. as a resident alien and Canadian citizen. I’m looking for guidance on which banks or financial institutions are particularly friendly towards real estate investments, especially for someone in my situation.
Specifically, I am interested in obtaining commercial loans and would appreciate any recommendations on banks that have a good reputation for working with Canadian citizens.
