Hi everyone

I'm really new in REI but I do Owens 2 single family property in Detroit, after long thinking I dictated to start fresh in new market.

The goal - buy and hold.

What market do you think is the best right now (Oc 19) for that strategy ?

Would like to hear your opinion.

Every state/city is an option for me.
