Am I supposed to split my fee with the seller ?

Whats the difference of assignment fee and a option fee ?

Should I be using both terms in the agreement or just one ?

When should I OFFER THE SELLER MONEY FROM THE OPTION FEE OR THE

What is the longest period I can do a lease option with a seller in TEXAS ?

Can I do a 10 year lease option in TEXAS ?

How do I structure this and are there any special CLAUSES I should be using ?

Does someone have a SAMPLE Lease Option agreement already filled out that i

New to lease option Assignment can some one explain how to do the assignment. The stuff on youtube does not show the TEXAS LEASE OPTION ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT.

And know one covers the Assignment agreement fully on youtube Its all very vaque.

Can some one walk me thru the assignment details step by step in layman Terms.

And where can I find  these agreements especially the Texas Lease option Assignment agreement.
