Hey BP fam! Can anyone recommend an investor friendly closing attorney in the Rockland County, NY area?  Also are there specific NY PSA and assignment forms here on the BP website?  Thanks!

I am new to BP. Great content. I'm looking to invest in the Charlotte and Rock Hill, SC areas and I'm interested in SFH to buy and hold and utilize for short term rentals. I am also looking for a local investor group to meet up with in the Charlotte area.
