Thank you! I really appreciate the advice. I completely agree with the importance of securing a good W2 job, living below my means, and investing in real estate early on. My partner and I have already been discussing real estate as a long-term wealth-building strategy, and house hacking is definitely on our radar. The idea of acquiring a new property every few years to build a strong portfolio is something we’re seriously considering.

My name is Gage Olson, and I’m thrilled to be here on BiggerPockets. I recently graduated with my B.S. in Cybersecurity and hold several IT certifications. Right now, my focus is on leveraging my degree and skills to land a higher-paying job, increase my annual income, and ultimately grow my net worth.
