We have been getting a lot of requests for mid term rentals. We have basically switch some of our properties from short term Airbnb’s to mid term rentals.

Currently looking to buy the next property to help accommodate some of the requests we are getting.

Anyone else getting these type of requests for mid term stays?

Been listening to BP for several years and I’m currently working on our 5th deal. I buy and hold and do short term rentals and mid term rentals.
