@Steve K. Thanks for the input! Yeah I’m really not sure how they can be so much cheaper. I have had my auto policy with them for a very long time so maybe there is some savings there.

Post: Geico Landlord Insurance??

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have experience with using geico for landlord insurance? My quote from them is 3x cheaper than the next nearest quote for the same coverage. I have heard there may be difficulty filing claims, but it’s all anecdotal. I cant find any actual reviews about their landlord insurance.

For reference this is a 1500 sq ft condo and I was quoted around $300 annually vs $1200 with the next competitor.

Please let me know your experience.

Does anyone own section 8 in the Milwaukee, WI area? If so, can you tell me what the average rents for different unit sizes? Also what has your experience been in general owning section 8?
