The refi rate is slightly higher. Right now we are still just considering all of our options.

Thanks Gus! I'm waiting on an appraisal to see if it's even a possibility. We have a lot of equity in the home already so a HELOC is also something we may consider.

Good point Jason. I guess my thought was only take an amount that allows me to still cash flow something. My original thinking was even if I just break even I still have the asset which is a sfh, with a view of Lake Michigan and it’s costing me nothing.

In theory my renters will actually be the ones paying it off and putting money in my pockets if the numbers work out right!

We bought, renovated, and are renting... now we want to refinance and repeat. What are the pros vs cons of cash out refinancing?
