I have been working a living in San Diego for about a year. I’m 22 and fresh on a (hopefully) fun real estate journey.
I am an open book - and I honestly don’t know a whole lot.
That being said - if anyone would be willing - I would love to chat and pick the brains of any local investors in the North County area about their investment strategies and how to get started.
I’m doing my homework and trying to figure out if I should look at getting into a local houses hack or investing out of state.
