There are multiple software tools for investors depending on what part of the business you want to automate most are for acquisition or property management. The acquisition there are some localized but nothing nationwide like a Zillow yet. The difficulty is in collecting current rental data of actual rents. We have been scraping Zillow weekly for 2 years and collect 24,000 rent comps. Using that data we develop AI tools for ranking properties on cashflow potential for the entire market. It's only localized in the Northern NV market right now. It's very similar to what wall street firms are doing in large markets like Atlanta or Phoenix.

Hi Bradley,

it sounds interesting.

I'm not an investor, but my company, PropTechVision, Inc, builds custom AI tools for investors in real estate. Every investment company has its own important parameters for how they perform market selection and identify high-quality investments, so we build custom AI models that work specifically for our clients and their needs, automating 80% of routine tasks and scaling businesses without hiring more people.
If you are asking about already built-in solutions, then it probably makes sense to take a look at Canoe Intelligence.

Hi Denis,

This sounds really interesting.

In my opinion, TXTing takes out more from you then actually bringing in - It often feels like a constant game of cat and mouse with phone carriers. LeadSherpa is a good service i had a lot of experience with if you want to go that route.

The two best strategies I’ve found are inbound methods: direct mail and Google Ads.

Direct mail can be expensive, but it can also yield highly discounted properties.

Google Ads, on the other hand, doesn’t require data extraction like calls, direct mail, or texting. However, it does demand solid digital marketing expertise to see positive results. These days, I’m all in on Google Ads.

Hello everyone,
I’m interested in hearing about which systems and technological tools you use as real estate investors as part of your work, and how you use them.

@Gabriel Shapira we own/manage several MF properties in Jacksonville and also 3rd party manage for others. I lived in Jacksonville for 3+ years but recently moved to Orlando to be closer to family. We are still actively looking for properties to buy in the area and manage for other people. I have a decent network in the area too so if I can be of assistance please let me know

Thank you very much
