Ashish,

Great information thank you! I will definitely do some research on this. Figured I would ask this great community first

Me and a business partner who are looking to purchase a lot and then build a home on it are curious about capital gains .

We will be wanting to have the home sold prior to it being finished. Are there ways to minimize capital gains ? We are in Oregon

I’m looking at the possibility of joining a team that owns and manages private senior homes. Does anyone here have any experience with that ?

Post: What is your favorite quote??

“It’s not about money or connections. It’s the willingness to outwork and outlearn everyone when it comes to your business.

I think networking and money are needed of course , but what sets the highly successful apart from the rest is the willingness to learn and never think we have “arrived”.IMO

Hey complete newbie here so forgive me for the possible elementary question :-)

I am confused on the refinance step. After I refinance I understand that I would get 75% loaned to me of the ARV. But now I have another loan. What do I do with that? Hope that makes sense
