Engelo Rumora, who need sleep right!

Hello my bp family, I need help! So I'm going to rent out my childhood home, and it's very very hard for me, so I want to make a smart decision on who I rent my house to. So I want to make a full credit check, any suggestions on a website or app I can use?

@toney thanks for your advice! Yes it's tuff buying a property form a different state. I have been doing some homework. I didn't know Cleveland was that bad.

@Andrew Fidler i was looking at home under 10k to start off, even if they need some rehab. I know some areas are bad and some are good. I'm planning to go out there in the next coming months. I was looking for a good real estate agent to point me in the right direction. It's nice to talk to people that are from there, there's only so much you can read.
