Long time listener, first-time caller! My name's Gabriel, and while I've been a member here for a while, I haven't been as active as I should've been. That's all changing now – I'm finally seeing the power of networking in real estate, especially when it comes to self-storage investing.

Speaking of self-storage, that's my niche! I'm a self-storage buyer and wholesaler, and I'm actively building my buyers list for off-market deals. Speaking of off-market deals, I actually have a self-storage property under contract that I'm currently wholesaling.

I want to conduct a site survey for storage units. I own 1.91 acres of land in upstate NY. I was wondering if anyone could recommend an engineer to do a site survey. Someone local (Rochester, NY) would be ideal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all,

I am from the Rochester, NY area. I own 2 acres of property in Macedon, NY. I am interested in building self storage units on my property. I first however need to have a feasibility study done. Could anyone recommend me to a local professional that can perform this study for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
