I am from montreal area, would like to know if anyone has any recommendations to invest between Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivieres under 300K?

@Olivier LePage Thank you for the introduction.  I am currently out of the country until April.  Starting in April I will be working in St-Hubert,  Id like to meet you in person and discuss the local market in Quebec.  I have a few ideas that I would like to get your opinion on.  Thank you

I would like to introduce myself to this amazing bigger pockets community.  My name is Gabriel O'Connor and I am from Montreal, Canada. I am currently reading and learning as much as I can through this website and aiming to do my first  rental property purchase within the next 6 months.  As a first time buyer, I am very excited to start my real estate adventure.
