I'm currently searching for some recommendations on coaching that will help take me to the next level and expand my thinking when it comes to setting quantifiable and practical goals. I have been stuck in a rut for a few months now and have been advised to look into coaching programs. Just wanted to get some thoughts on virtual investing from the community (More specifically building a rental portfolio.) For those that do it, what are the things you look for when analyzing a specific market to potentially invest in ?
