@Synthia Britton I’ve heard nothing but good things about 2-4 units in general, but they’re hard to find in my home market cash flowing. And it’s a bit above my risk tolerance with long distance investing. You’ll be managing yourself or with a company?

I'm trying to finish up a BRRR/Househack and looking into investing in Ohio in general by February's end. It's an extremely attractive market to someone raised in a market where a cheap home is 250k.

@Hayden W Gibson not at the moment, I’ve been looking at house hacking and reducing my overall debt. I closed on a home with my brother in nearby Vacaville to cut my commute time and all of my expenses by about 60%. Are there any markets you’d recommend? Or projects that seem interesting?
