Good morning, born and raised in Rochester (off Thurston) but haven't lived there in 20+ years. I own 21 doors (all multi-family) They are now that I managed from a distance. I noticed you mentioned Airbnb at some point. Do you find that your airbnb's are rented out frequently? I just don't look at Rochester as a place that would have a tourism at the scale that Airbnb businesses would do well over long-term rentals. Welcome your thoughts.
