I am an out of state investor with 20+ properties in the Kansa City area. I am not completely satisfied with my current management company. Although they do a relatively good job, I am looking for better communication and response time.

Most of my properties are C type in the following  zips: 64124, 64125, 64128, 64130, 64131, 64132

I am looking for recommendations for management companies that fit my needs.

Fair point, I am looking to buy SFH in the 20,000 to 30,000 price range.

Usually I am looking for 3 bed and 2 bath.

My name is Gabriel Haines and I live in Israel. My parents have a Real Estate business and I am looking to get into the game as well. 

My goal is to learn more about investing and to eventually be financially free.

Currently I am looking for property mangers that I can start building trust and relationships with. Right now I have been looking at single family homes in KC but I am open to any market that the numbers make sense (recommendations welcome).
