Hello BP Community,

Hope all is well. I'm going to makeover my rental property over the course of 6 months and i'm indecisive on what type of flooring i should go with. The property has dark hardwood floors, and resurfacing them would be an option. however, im also considering protecting them with carpeting or waterproof laminate flooring. Any recommendations, stories, or advice is greatly appreciated!

With Best Regards,

Thank you for your feedback,

@Adam Rasmussen, i agree with you, Transparency is key in establishing a relationship with any person working on your team.

@Ryan Lane i didnt consider a remote CPA until you mentioned it, Thank you. I personally enjoy meeting people i work with, and with these uncertain times, its best to diversify and branch out. I will do my due diligence.

With Best Regards,
