Hello everybody,

I will move to Los Angeles in the upcoming months, and I am planning to buy my first property using a mortgage loan. As Income, I will have a job in a corporation which also will provide me visa and all the documents need it for relocation.

Can somebody advise me haw fast I can get a mortgage loan in LA? Down payment need it and any tips or advice I can get before make such a big decision.

Thank you !

@Kiet Ho

Hi Kiet , I am on the same situation like you .. and my strategy is to balance my portfolio having half payed on cash and half using loans on this way I can reduce my risks .

I will challenge you to do a investment exercise for 15 years using different methods of investments and take the decision which is best for you .

@Roxani Adam

Hello, I will strongly recommend you to invest in Brasov (tourism/students/office) since will be the city with the highest development in the next 2-5 years :

- new international airport will be opened in 2021, which will bring a lot of tourists.

- 4-5 star hotels are going to open: Radisson Blue ( 2021), Hilton, Mercure

- new high way will be developed which will improve the traffic between Bucharest and Brasov ( 5-10 years )

- new Shopping Mall + premium office in the center of the city will open this year, Nov.2020. All Inditex Brands will open the last concept stores.

- financial support from UE for developing the economy for 2021-2027.

I invested this year during the COVID lockdown, and right now, prices are + 10 %

I hope you will make the right decision on your investment.

Good luck!

@Benjamin

@Benjamin A Ersing I ll give you the contacts on private .

@Greg Dickerson Thank you for your comments ...You are right !

The risk I see on building is that I have no experience and this could affect the final result of the investment .

@Anthony Saheed

The market on Dubai has low prices now .. it could be a good moment to invest .

I can give you the contacts of a persons who is managing properties of different investors and he can give you fresh info about the market and possibilities of investment . Let me know ..

Hello everybody !

What type of investment do you recommend when market is up and you can not find properties who can follow the 1 % rule ?

I am thinking to build rather than buy and like this profits can be higher ...

Did anybody had this dilema ? What challenges did you faced ?

Ps : The market where I invest is Bucharest - Romania

Many thx !

Gabriel
