Hello Paula!  There's just so many places you can begin with. Have you already started practicing real estate and with what company? Many times there are teams that they have and are willing to train and mentor you. I would start with taking as many classes that our membership offers, so you can be proficient with the tools that we already have.

This was a buy and hold property producing over 10% cap rate when purchased.
