@Michael Roeder based on the nest egg that I have grown over these years of working I actually have access to a bit more but those are the liquid assets and multi family properties are truly what I am interested in because it seems like the biggest hurdle is getting a down payment but with that out of the way it is just figuring out what would be a good investment and I am far too unexperienced at the moment to pull the trigger on multi thousand dollar investments. Definitely need some guidance. Is this what you invest in or have invested in to get started? Thank you again for the input!

My name is Gabriel Cashman I'm 30 years old and I am originally from Northern and Southern California but relocated to Minneapolis Minnesota about 1.5 years ago.

I currently work in technology at Apple and have held several positions in almost 10 years of employment there. I have been a technician, specialist, trainer and business team member but have done many other things and love to travel.

"What would you do to start investing if you had $100,000 in cash and you were 30 years old in order to retire in the next 10-15 years or is that even possible?!"

What I am looking for here is that I have been extremely frugal living carefully saving and have amassed a pretty sizable nest egg along with some other investments. I have always been intrigued by Real Estate and after turning 30 I really got excited about the idea of making some big and ambitious changes so I can retire early by putting my money to work.

I have a lot of questions and have been doing a lot of research but want to learn more and contribute what I know to the community. I really look forward to connecting with some of you and growing along my journey!
