Hello:

Like many here, I’m investing in Real Estate in Maryland – central area, Silver Spring, Lanham, Upper Marlboro, needs cash to close deals, currently need a Cash-Partner for a partnership. I have also been trying to find Hard Money Lenders with less stricter guidelines or one that fits my need. Please, any suggestions, email me, thank you.
