Just spoke with the seller yesterday. The condo overlooks the beach and surfers "surf to my balcony". The view is amazing and could be a great rental and/or Air BnB income property. It does not need repairs, and so is selling at market price. He does not want to list with a realtor until September, if he is unable to sell it. Price is between $2,300,000 and $2,800,000.
