Good morning Everyone, I am brand new to Real Estate investing and the Greater Cleveland area. I am passionate about building a strong passive income stream, and am looking to get involved in local meetups, events, and happenings. I am 23 years old, just recently started my career in commercial real estate, and am excited to network so don't hesitate to reach out!

Also, with spring right around the corner I am in need of a new golf foursome!

Excited to connect.

Gabe

Hi all - my name is Gabe Pelak. I am fairly new to the Milwaukee area and the BP community in general. I recently moved here and started my career in insurance, but am looking to one day turn my profession into commercial real estate.

I was wondering if there were any commercial investors in the area that would be willing to talk with me about what they are seeing in terms of market trends, expectations for 2021, and just get to know one another in general. Over the past month or so, I have really grown interested in CRE and realized that this area is what I want to focus on.

I look forward to hearing from you guys!

Gabe

@Mitchell Behm

Hi Mitchell,

I thought I’d reach out and introduce myself. I also just recently graduated and am in a very similar position to yourself. West Allis seems to be the spot I am looking at investing.

I am renting out a small apartment outside the city to same some money up, and then going to invest once I have the capital to do so.

Feel free to reach out to me and let’s grab a drink or something! I’m always looking to connect with like minded individuals.

Gabe

I came across something about this today. Bank of America has something called the "Affordable Loan Solution" mortgage.

It offers 3% down and no PMI. But interest rates are obviously much higher than FHA or conventional. Here is a link to a bit of information. https://www.bankofamerica.com/...
