Hello I have a Tampa-St Petersburg Portfolio up for sale by owner

The Tampa-St. Petersburg Portfolio consists of 19 parcels with 19 buildings and 21 units. Thirteen units are located in

the city of Tampa, Hillsborough County and eight units are located in the city of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County. The

6,000 to 10,000 people each Saturday. Cultural venues in the area include the Mahaffey Theater Complex, the Morean

Arts Complex, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Salvador Dali Museum. Further, Downtown St. Petersburg also hosts

an array of festivals and concerts year round in dozens of parks and music venues which include Straub Park, Jannus

Live, an open air concert venue and Vinoy Park, which sits adjacent to the historically recognized Vinoy Hotel. Annually

St. Petersburg also hosts the Honda Grand Prix, an IRL IndyCar Series race which draws thousands of spectators.

Hello All not new to bigger pockets or  the real estate business took a little break to build a solid foundation and to pursue my real estate license for Florida as well and to learn the in's and outs of the business.
