Thank you soo much joseph Cornwell. I really appreciate your help. May god bless you.

Please clarify my doubt. When we are borrowing money from the bank to buy multiple family appartments. Why are we not paying the principal portion of the loan. Or even if we are taking interest only loan, at some point (3-5 Years) we have to pay back the principal along with the interest rates decided. If that happens, we will never be cash flow positive. How do we do that? Are we ever going to pay back the principal? Please help. I am waiting for your reply.

Thank you

I havent done a deal as of now. i am trying to close a deal which is worth approximatly Rupees 3000000. But the proble is, the interest rates are way higher than USA, CANADA etc. what do i do? Like even if i purchase the property with 20% down, i would not be able to pay the interest EMI because that property cannot produce soo much in cash flow. i am expecting Rupees 20,000/month. please share your nsuggestions and help me out. Thank you.

Can someone tell me why US has such low home interest rates as compared to other countries? (2-4%) and also how why can someone get a house with almost 0% down?
