Hi, I'm pretty new to this game, but I was wondering if there's any policy that would prevent something like this. Basically, being able to get contact info's of listing agents of let's say homes listed for 100 days and older, and feed into database or email marketing app to be able to send out offers. Is there anything like this that exists on the market? Or is anyone aware of people utilizing custom automations which they've developed with a developer or on their own? Thanks in advance.

Yes, there are a few platforms that do that for you. Batchleads is one of them!

Good luck!

Thank you David. Have you used any of them? I am going to try it. If there are other that do similar please suggest or mention them as well, I will look more into it.

I use batch daily. Another option would be Propstream but I haven't used their platform in over a year so I don't know if they offer that.

Yes that one I have heard of it. But you need a workaround to integrate the integration and automation between these tools and marketing tools to create something that works on its own, so you can look into email responses as they would be leads that might be interested in your offer right?

This is what your own buyer's agent is for. Ask them to run lists like this for you and help you along the way. If you are new to investing, you'll need an experienced investor's agent to guide you and help with contracts and negotiations. You can use the BP agent finder tool- some solid people on there.

Best of luck!

I just got licensed, and will be signing with a broker this week. But since I am not an experienced investor’s agent, I am looking to automate this process for investors who are looking for properties to invest in.

Gotcha. As an agent, there are TONS of resources for this type of approach. Once you get your licensed activated, you'll want to start meeting with escrow officers who work with investors. They'll have databases, tools and resources to do all of this on your behalf.

Thank you for this great tip, I will look into it more and connect with them.

Are you looking to have this developed? Because I run biz dev for an agency that could make that for you.

Yes, can you send me personal info so we can discuss it.

@Furkan Ozcan. In my area, Zillow uses our MLS so any member buyer broker can set up an auto search that automatically sends you property with x days on market, then new ones come as they reach that criteria, or most other criteria you prefer. Newer brokerage policies in our mls have more clearly separated listing and buyer broker fees, so you can likely interview nearby buyer brokers who will provide the service for a set cost or possibly work with you to represent you on an agreed upon sales commission where if seller doesn't offer to cover it, there's a minimum you've agreed to pay to broker on any purchases that are realized through their service.

Thank you for your input. I’m a buyer agent, so my broker can do this for me? Does it send the info to my email? Then I can maybe feed into sheet and integrate with a marketing tool that sends automatic emails.
