Matthew. Welcome. Pittsburgh is about the best place in the USA to invest in my opinion. This is because its made up of dozens of little communities. Each has its own special character. Its also an old town with a ton of old houses that need attention. Finally there is a lot of money here and good investment groups like REIA and ACRE that you can meet members and learn.

I believe in investing in properties that are close to home and you would not hesitate to drive back home to get a forgotten drill bit.  This has been Carnegie for me.  This is one of dozens of small well maintained hidden communities that are great areas to live.  If I were young again  I would invest in the hills  around Allegheny General Hospital. Great potential and employees at AGH love working there.   Drive the streets and see what you can see.  Another area I would check out is Dormont and Beechview.  There are dozens more. Hope you do well.

I have been getting e mails from www.ApplyConnect.com.  credit reporting services.  It also has very nice articles and tips.  I have never heard of this agency before  and cant find any information here.  Does any one use them and can comment?.  Any response will be greatly appreciated.
