I currently have 16 doors. a 9 unit studio building, a quad with 2 bedroom units and 3 SFR . I am purchasing a Motel to convert to studio apartments. it will have 13 studios and 1 3 bedroom unit. It is an hour drive from me. I will only do online payments there. On my existing units most prefer to pay cash. I would like to convert more of them to online payments. I am a Pro member. So I can get the 2 CRMs for free or purchase a different one. Also . I am going to do 3 llc on my bigger properties. Does a CRM allow me to manage different entities on

one platform
