Yes Jason, I am just starting out wholesaling. There are a few properties in pre-foreclosure I have my eye on, just nervous about getting them under contract without having a cash buyer lined up. All are SFH though. If you're looking for something specific I can definitely try to find something for you.

Hi Everyone! 

I'm somewhat new to the investing world. I currently own a duplex that is fully rented and profitable. I'm looking to get into wholesaling at first, then some fix and flips, then build my rental portfolio. 

Would love to connect with some local folks to bounce ideas off of and support each other. I have an eye for rehabs, background in marketing, and a passion for real estate (and Grand Rapids!).
