I am looking for recommendations for flippers and turnkey sellers in the Jacksonville area. I am looking to buy long term rentals and ideally looking to find a flipper or turnkey provider. I would appreciate any recommendations.

I am looking for feedback from investors who have purchased homes through Locklear Partners (http://locklearpartners.com/). Joe and Adam Locklear offer a reverse turn-key investing opportunity and I would like to know how it worked out for you. I am considering buying a property through them. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am looking for a CPA with a good understanding of Real Estate and tax law. Preferably someone in Western Suffolk that has other REI clients. Any suggestions?
