Thanks for the good info. I really appreciate the REIA idea as that was new to me.

Nice to meet you Chad. I hear you on the paralysis by analysis. On a more positive note, I love to hear more about what your wholesaling business looks like.

Great to see someone from nearby, Jake. I'd love to pick your brain sometime about the legal and financial aspects of REI in KS.

Nice to meet you Ron. I love the St. Augustine area! So, nice and peaceful.  Do you have any vacation rentals are part of your portfolio?

Hi everyone, I'm Jeremy Morris from Salina, KS. For those of you who have read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I come from a long line of poor dads. Highly educated in their fields but lacking a good financial foundation to get out of the rat race. I saw my grandparents lose most of their retirement savings when the market tanked right as they quit working. I don't want that to happen to my family, yet I wasn't sure where to start.

After reading RDPD, I felt confident that I could generate some passive income to supplement my full-time job as a clinical psychologist (which I do actually love). I am just in the early stages of educating myself, so I don't want to pigeon-hole myself, but I like the idea of buying long-term rentals to eventually finance some flips. I also like the idea of investing in vacation rental properties as well. Really, if it adds more income to allow my wife to stop working and allow us to not worry about retirement, I'm all for it. I should add, one of my biggest financial goals is to pay off my wife's student loan debt of $135k which is an albatross around our necks!

As you can probably guess, I love connecting with people so feel free to network if you actually want to build connections.
