I'm in Austin, TX.  I have a wholesale deal under contract in NM.  My question is how do I handle a double closing?  The seller has her own title co. she wants to use for her end.  Do I have to go to NM for the closing?  I've never done a deal outside of my area.  Any guidance will be appreciated.

I'm looking to start a direct mail campaign in TX for wholesale deals.  Can anyone recommend a company that provides targeting mail lists?  Also a direct mail company.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.
