I’m looking to partner on a deal with my solo401k, but my partner will not be using a retirement fund. The question I have is can I be involved in that deal? I’m a little confused as to how that would work since my understanding is that I have to use a non recourse loan.

I'm interested in addresses; I just got back from Warren, I'd like to street view. From there I have boots on the ground to check out.

Looking for commercial up to 20 units.

Cash Flow with little appreciation; "B" type properties * I have 5 SFH now, looking to do commercial loans/apartments. The state in which properties are in do not matter, looking for numbers

Thanks,

Fred

Is there an APP for a ProForma for SFH's. I'm not an excel guy, and would like something to just input the information?
