Hello Newbie here. I've been busting my butt to learn everything I can and it's a little discouraging when I here the opposite of what I've been led to believe... I don't know anything about Real estate but like I said learning, but what I do have is rehab experience. I can do most of the work needed in rehab home or have the ties to get done if we need a license contractor. I was hoping to start with private lenders and Hi hopes that I can pick up a mentor as we go thru the process.. I read and been told that I would be able to fine this kind of lending is this true or not ? On flip side things I'm being told no private lender will work with me cause of my no experience, so is this true??. I thought if I can fine a good deal and prove it's a profitable one and the numbers line up we would go for it.. that why we have all these calculators on BiggerPockets so we know we have a good deal right?? Please help clear the air.. And what's the difference between hard money vs. private money?? Thank guys looking to jump on the train here and built a business.. Fred.....

Just wanted to introduce my self, I'm just starting out on this journey,

I'm also educating about wholesaling, reading talking and stated class for my state test. Looking for a mentor. Thru Christ our Lord all things are possible and we plan taking this dream of mind and turning over in the real thing.. Thank you all who made this possible to get on board with y'all. Will be hopefully talking with a lot of you...

Intil them be safe and God bless you....

Fred.
