Good afternoon BP group hope everyone is well ,i have a question does anybody invest out side the US more specifically in France our any other country’s. if yes please leave a comment on were and the difficulty’s that you ad in the beginning and any advice you give for people how are thinking in invest outside (US).

And does bigger pockets have any hard money lenders that have interest in invest outside the US.

hello BP group glad i found you, i live in France for a 1 year now and i'm looking to invest in mi first house ,but a i'm having a little problem to understand the french tax system , any one now if exists any  loopholes that can be use in terms of avoid paying same taxes ,any tipe of information is welcome .

I will start with cash ,buy renovate and sell i will bi locking for  for-closer property's to start to make same capital first and after i will start do same property's for rent 

what do you suggest in this circumstances
