I am seeking a multi family property in the Overland Park ks area. I would like a 3 bed 2 bath unit that has a finished basement and garage. I'm open to a 2 bed 2bath unit with similar specs, my budget is 200k for a unit that is fairly remodeled. I'm open to a Tlc project that has a basement and a garage that needs at most 25k in repairs to meet specs specified above. I'm also open to properties West of troost in Kcmo. Keep in mind one side must be vacant for owner occupancy. Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm on the market for a multi family property. My current situation requires that I find this property within the next month or two, I plan on occupying one of the units so has to be in a nice area for me to live. The MLS doesn't have very many listing, any help would be great. I would prefer overland park but I'm open to several areas In the metro
