Hey everyone. I haven't done my first deal yet. Considering a FHA 203k on a 4 unit. Is this a good idea? If not, any suggestions for somebody with limited capital seeking a cash flowing property?

@Chyniece Cox I said Ohio thinking of building relationships with those individuals. I certainly don’t want to limit myself and I’m willing to build relationships with whoever if it’s beneficial for both parties.

@Shiloh Lundahl thank you for the feedback. I’m new in the business and I’m working on making connections and partnerships. With that said, the goal is to get to those deals you are doing but we all have to start somewhere.

@Greg Dickerson thank you for that information. I'm going to my local REIA meeting next week. I didn't think about the attorney angle, I will definitely follow up on that.

@Dave H. I’d be looking to do fix and flips in NorthEast Ohio. Jobs would require between $75-150k.
