Hi all, new investor here! Is there an equity "sweet spot" where you maximize cash flow while retaining the most ownership? I have bought a couple of Townhouses for cash for argument sake the generate $2K per month net of HOA fees. If I leveraged them for 50%, my mortgage(s) would cut cash flow in half and while I could buy more, but it seems like my cashflow isn't as great as if I left it at two. But I havent really modeled out the depreciation impact and I have assume appreciation is essentially flat. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have started a new, small, investment company.  I am in the process of doing my first hard money loan.  I am happy to discuss an opportunity with you.
