Awesome story! Can I ask what kind of loan you got for this property and where did you find the deal? Was it through regular listing service? I have heard of Allentown. I have a friend that is trying to sell me a duplex in a town called wilksbarre PA. Do you know anything about this area? Look forward to hearing more about your journey in Real estate.

Hey @Shawn McCormick thank you for your help. I will make sure the numbers work for a long term rental also. I do hear a lot of good things about Clermont, and the developments that are going on. I don’t agree with my lender either because It’s a conventional loan. I will get more clarification about this loan program. I will be sure to reach out thanks.

@Will Fraser thank you for your advice. I definitely agree with having a few options for a property. I will keep that in mind when making a purchase!
