@Brian Garlington

Hey Brian, I live in San Francisco. I am a licensed realtor in the Metropolitan Detroit are - where I have invested - and am in the process of becoming licensed here in SF - awaiting my test date. My goal is to be dual licensed and begin selling here in the Bay Area while continuing to invest in other parts of the country.

@Russell Brazil

Thanks, Russell. I am a licensed realtor with Keller Williams in Michigan. I live in San Francisco, CA and am looking to become a dual agent in Michigan and California. As a former tech executive, this is my second career, and am always looking to network and gain different perspectives. Appreciate the reply.

@Anson Young. Hey Anson, thanks for the reply. I am looking to become an agent to investors. My partner and I have created a relationship where he is now the investor/flipper and I am his agent. I am wanting to find more people like me and am struggling with putting it all together from a pitch perspective.
