Does anyone deal with real estate in the Orem-Provo area of Utah?

I'd like to know any information about that area. Where about is it in the market cycle, how are the returns on rental properties, etc.

Thanks @Uwe G.! I would say Vancouver, BC house sales are slowing the market peaked about 18 months ago and is on it's way down for SFR, condo's peaked this past summer and are starting to slow down but still a seller's market for condo's.

How's the market in Washington, where about is it in the RE cycle, closer to the bottom or to the top.
