Flippers, Contractors in the South Bay Area, where do you get your entry doors?

Thanks!

Hi Kelly, welcome. I'm in a similar position, learning a lot and planning to hit the ground running this year. I'm moments away from closing my first deal in Orangevale. Rehab & hold. Cheers!

Hi Carol,

Thanks for the helpful advice. I just purchased the Tax Deed DVD, looking forward to watching it!

Also, I agree that it sounds fun to drive around viewing the properties, researching a the county (I'm a research geek), and attending the auction. Maybe I'll see you at one. Haha

Has anyone completed a tax deed sale in California? particularly Sacramento County?

How did you do the title search? Are these tax deed sales generally clean and fast?

Has anyone used an auction site to buy an REO? In particular, Hubzu.com. Are they legit?

Thanks in advance!

Hello!

I'm a new BP member from San Jose, California. Been house-hacking since 2000; 3 fixers so far. Now I'm ready to purchase my first buy & hold rental property. I'm looking in the Sacramento area. If anyone on BP is also interested in the Sac area, let's connect.

Cheers!
