Hello everyone! I'm looking for multifamily homes in the Central Florida area, and I was wondering what the best search databases for a prospective investor. I have a Realtor, but I want to do some legwork. Thanks!

Thank you for your encouragement and suggestions! There is definitely a lot of information and I'm trying to dissect what is meaningful for me at this stage. Right now, I'm just trying to buy my first multi-family home for both a primary residence , a source of rental income, and an appreciating asset to be used to acquire more properties. Any help advice, or personal lessons is much appreciated!

Hello everyone! I am Frank from Tampa FL, a student and wage worker for the home insurance industry looking for more. I'm looking for my first home, and I want to make it the type of investment that will launch me into real estate investing and management. I'm 25 years old, and I don't want to work for another person's dream for the next 40 years of my life. I know little, and I am open to qualify  information from anyone, from newbies to vets living off of their investments. I look forward to meeting and connecting with as many of you as possible, and making future contributions to this community that has already helped me. :-)
