Reach out to Honor Credit Union out of Michigan, they do cash our refinance to LLC's and their terms are favorable

Thank you

How does this work when using hard money lender? The lender who is financing our repair required us to put the house in LLC as one of the requirements to qualify for the loan. We paid cash for the house, the hard money lender is funding the repairs. Do all or majority of hard money lenders won't finance a deal unless it is in LLC?

@Jonathan R McLaughlin thank you for the advice, I called the police and there were able to tell me how many times they have been called to the property. This verified the story of another tenant and gave me a starting point to deal with it

@Filipe Pereira thank you for your advice, I like the idea of sending them letters. That's what I am going to do.

@John Erlanger my plan is to contact local police department to inquire police activities on the property, If I get it, it will help me to have something to initiate a conversation. But I am not sure if this type of reports can be release to landlords.
